Our offer

We offer a mentoring program for start-ups and assist founders in all relevant issues surrounding the establishment and development of the business. Here, we provide years of successful corporate management experience paired with special know-how in the areas of 3D technology, surface coating, electromobility, sustainability, IT and the cutlery industry. The IBCS supports the search for suitable employees through close cooperation with universities in the vicinity, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), the employers' association, trade union federations and headhunters specializing in start-ups.

The IBCS also financially supports start-up entrepreneurs: In addition to subsidized office space, foreign entrepreneurs are provided with funds to move to Solingen and the launch of the company is supported through the joint search and application for suitable funding, for example at the KFW, guarantee banks or the start-up grant EXIST. Regular startup pitches, such as the already established Berg-Pitch, provide interested entrepreneurs the opportunity to introduce themselves and their ideas to interested investors.
